Nestled in the Hill Country of Wimberley, Texas, Toro Pass presented the challenge of designing and constructing a pool on a steep hillside that could accommodate a large family and ample entertainment space.

We wanted to design a pool that worked with the topography and took sun patterns, views of the landscape, and the night sky into consideration.

The outcome of our design process was a multi-terraced freeform pool that fits naturally into the property and its natural surroundings. Including a natural rock perimeter, freeform spa, limestone beach with hand-picked stones and steps, and a 7-foot tall infinity edge into a plunge pool below, this addition creates seamless connection to the home and its surrounding landscape.
